2. Portfolio Visitors and Analytics

When someone visits a MonClips portfolio, we may collect information about how they interact with it.

This may include portfolio views, content views, engagement, approximate location, device information, traffic sources, and interactions with contact options.

We use this information to provide portfolio owners with analytics about how people view and interact with their portfolios.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• create and manage your account;
• provide and operate MonClips;
• host and display your portfolio;
• provide portfolio analytics;
• improve the Services and user experience;
• understand how MonClips is used;
• measure marketing performance;
• maintain security and prevent abuse;
• provide customer support; and
• comply with applicable law.

4. Public Portfolios

MonClips is designed to let you share your portfolio with other people.

Information you choose to publish may be publicly accessible to anyone with access to your portfolio link.

This may include your name, profile photo, bio, portfolio content, social media links, contact information, and other information you choose to publish.

Please do not publish information that you do not want others to see.

5. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services to help operate, analyze, and improve MonClips and measure our marketing.

These may include:

• Google Firebase / Google Analytics;
• Amplitude;
• AppsFlyer; and
• Meta SDK.

These services may process certain device, usage, analytics, and attribution information according to their respective privacy policies and our configurations.

MonClips does not sell your personal information.

6. Payments

Subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Apple and Google process payments according to their own privacy policies. MonClips does not directly receive or store your full payment card information.

We may receive limited information necessary to manage your subscription, such as subscription status and transaction information.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide MonClips and comply with applicable legal obligations.

If your subscription or free trial ends without renewal, we generally retain your portfolio and uploaded content for 90 days.

After 90 days, your portfolio and uploaded content may be permanently deleted.

Some information may be retained longer where reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud prevention, backup, or financial recordkeeping purposes.

8. Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your MonClips account using Delete Account in the app settings.

You may also contact us at [email protected] regarding your personal information.

When your account is deleted, we will delete or de-identify associated personal information, except where we are required or permitted to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, or other legitimate purposes.

Deleting your MonClips account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Subscriptions must be canceled through the marketplace where they were purchased.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information and other rights provided by applicable privacy laws.

10. Security

We use reasonable measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.

However, no online service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

11. Children’s Privacy

MonClips is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

12. International Users

MonClips Inc. is a United States company.

If you use MonClips outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate.
